Concern has responded to the current restrictive climate for fundraising income by developing a dynamic campaign selection framework that connects the supporter to the heart of the organisation’s activities. Next Best Action (NBA) optimises value through a donor-centric programme that enables Concern to ensure that they are eliciting support for the specific things that interest their individual donors. The successful development of NBA is one outcome of a number of data-led initiatives. As well as looking closely at what makes NBA so powerful, we’ll walk through the various initiatives that played a part in its inception.
