Fundraising with Online Streaming & Gaming – an interactive session part 1

Speakers - Tom Downie, Tiltify 

If you’re already on the journey to exploring and experimenting with Live Streaming, in this session we will be looking at the next steps on raising funds though an online stream with platforms like Twitch and Youtube Live. Tom from Tiltify will be joined by a streamer and we’ll look at how to maximise successes on this platform. In part one we’ll be looking at how to build the stream and what might inspire donations, in part two we will watch a live stream with active fundraising to see it in action.

In Spring 2018 the Institute of Fundraising launched RAISE funded by Arts Council England. This four-year programme is designed to support those who raise funds within the arts, culture and heritage sector. In this session, RAISE team members and key stakeholders will discuss the challenges that cultural sector fundraisers face across the country and how we can address them. Whether you are an early career fundraising professional or a seasoned development director, come and share the key issues you face and learn how the RAISE programme can help you.
