The Alzheimer's Society were winners of the 2018 Team of the Year at the Insight in Fundraising awards. They showed not only how insight is driving the charity’s supporter experience strategy, but also how supporter insight in engrained into the culture of the Alzheimer's Society and all decision making.

In this session you will hear from Alzheimer’s Society’s insight specialists about the journey undertaken, from embedding data analytics to ensuring the voice of the customer drives its fundraising, and how different insight methodologies can work together to improve performance. By ensuring closer collaboration between its insight teams, Alzheimer’s Society has re-positioned the role of “data” and started to embed the voice of the supporter when planning fundraising campaigns and drive ambitious fundraising growth.
