Your cause may have been running for decades or even centuries. But you are the first person who has ever been employed specifically to raise money - or perhaps the first person for a long time.

The trustees and other staff all have their own ideas about how money could be raised - but how do you decide what you want to do? And how do you take others on that journey with you?

In this practical session we'll use Bluecoat arts centre in Liverpool as a case study to see how you can shape those critical first 12 months.
