A 2 part, semi-interactive session to look at the metrics that actually matter in digital fundraising. Featuring real examples from charities, you will come away with ideas to develop your own measuring strategy, a framework for measuring digital marketing effectiveness and a reporting template to take away and use right away. Then, we'll be hearing from Ocado, about how they make sure that the right data and metrics are at the heart of their decision making process.
