Helen is Customer Experience Manager at Alzheimer's Society, where she's managed both the data and customer insight functions, as well as overseeing the Customer Care Team. Before this, Helen headed up different individual giving teams and has 20 years' fundraising experience. Helen's role is to support fundraising teams to be more customer-centric in their approach, promoting a range of techniques and frameworks, with insight at their heart. From the application of supporter management segmentation to customer journey mapping, Helen plays a key role in enabling Alzheimer's Society to deliver meaningful and accessible fundraising experiences to its supporters.
