Jo Stone is the Deputy Head of Direct Marketing at the British Red Cross, looking after the Cash Retention & Acquisition Programme and Regular Giving Retention. She has over fifteen years direct marketing experience mostly in the charity sector but has also worked in the commercial sector and agency side.

Jo has extensive experience in both acquisition and retention direct marketing across all channels; and most recently has been working to help the British Red Cross adapt its direct marketing to the current fundraising climate with a heavy focus on consent, opt ins, privacy statements and the changing shape of their marketing mix.
