Katy Myers Green is the Quality and Training Manager at the British Red Cross, and has been a fundraiser for twelve years. Before joining the British Red Cross, she worked for a telephone fundraising agency, managing and training fundraisers on campaigns for a range of charities and not-for-profits in London, Brighton and Montreal. Six years ago, however, she joined the Individual Giving division at the British Red Cross, and since that time has equipped thousands of face-to-face and telephone fundraisers with the skills and knowledge to inspire support effectively and professionally. The last couple of years has brought the work of Katy's team into sharp focus, and they are integral to ensuring that dialogue fundraising campaigns are legal, open, honest and respectful, and that the supporter experience is in line with the core values of the British Red Cross.
