Biography

As Head of Marketing, Media and Creative Services Russell has responsibility for the RNLI's media engagement teams, internal creative agency, direct marketing teams across both fundraising and prevention activities as well as our key investment major giving teams.

Having worked in his earlier career in international Key Account Management and Executive Brand Management experience Russell is well placed to contribute to the RNLI's corporate partnership relationships.

Prior to the RNLI Russell worked internationally within the FMCG sector at area board level and holds experience of all functional competencies including developing marketing strategy, portfolio development and management, innovation development, senior brand development, strategic and operational planning, international key account management, route-to-market and sales team leadership.
